Paramore (English)

One of the most supported bands nowadays is Paramore. Coming from Tennesse (USA), the band began when being just 13 years old, Hayley Williams, Paramore´s frontwoman, moved in from Mississipi and met brothers Josh and Zac Farro.



Soon the band was born and their first steps where in local and school parties, before playing at rock clubs. Ther first members were Hayley Williams (leader), Josh Farro (guitarist/vocals), Jason Bynum (rhythm guitarist), Jeremy Davis (bassist) and Zac Farro (drummer).



In 2005, they caught the attention of the discography Fueled by Ramen, signing with them and releasing their debut album in July 2005, "All We Know Is Falling", title chosen as Jeremy Davis letf the band for some time.

They started an intensive tour promoting the album throughout the U.S., playing with bands such as Simple Plan. At the end of the tour, Jason Bynum left the band and Hunter Lamb joins. In 2006 they took part in the Warped Tour.




In 2007 Hunter Lamb leaves the band in order to get married and Paramore definitely becomes a quartet comprised of Hayley, Josh, Jeremy and Zac, playing with them on their tours guitarist Taylor York.

Summer 2007 they released their second album now with Atlantic Records. "Riot!" becomes a great success, with a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and a gold record.

Paramore has now worldwide fame thanks to hits as their first single, "Misery Business", or the great "Crushcrushcrush". Besides, the youth of the band members, between 18 and 22 years old, and Hayley´s look (19), so much liked among fans, have turned them into one of the best punk-pop bands.



In 2008 famous vampire film "Twilight"'s soundtrack contained two new songs from Paramore, "Decode" and "I Caught Myself".




25th November 2008 Paramore released their live CD and DVD from The Final Riot Tour, recorded summer 2008 in Chicago during the great tour saying goodbye to their latest album.

Paramore

Una de las bandas que suena cada vez con más fuerza es Paramore. Originaria de Tennesse (Estados Unidos), el grupo comenzó su andadura cuando con 13 años, la actual cantante, Hayley Williams, se mudó desde Mississippi y conoció a los hermanos Josh y Zac Farro.




Pronto formaron la banda y comenzaron a actuar en el instituto y pequeñas fiestas, antes de dar el salto a las salas de conciertos. La formación inicial estaba compuesta por Hayley Williams (cantante), Josh Farro (guitarrista/coros), Jason Bynum (guitarra rítmica), Jeremy Davis (bajista) y Zac Farro (batería).




En 2005 fueron descubiertos por la discográfica Fueled by Ramen, firmando su primer contrato y publicando su primer disco en Julio del mismo año, con el título "All We Know Is Falling", motivado por un abandono temporal del grupo de Jeremy Davis por motivos personales.

Paramore se ha dado a conocer a nivel mundial con temas como su primer single, "Misery Business", o el potente "Crushcrushcrush". Además, la juventud de sus miembros, de los 18 a los 22 años, y el look de Hayley (19), tan repetido entre las fans, les ha convertido en un grupo de referencia.




En 2008 apareció la película "Crepúsculo", basada en la famosa novela de vampiros de Stephanie Meyer. En su banda sonora aparecían dos nuevas canciones de Paramore, "Decode" y "I Caught Myself".

Mayday Parade (English)

Mayday Parade is from Florida (EE.UU.), born as the result of the merger of two local bands, Kid Named Chicago y Defining Moment.

In the beginning there were six members in the band, being later just the present five when Jason Lancaster left : Derek Sanders, vocalist. Jeremy Lenzo, bass and vocalist. Alex García and Brooks Betts guitarist and Jake Bundrick drummer and vocalist.

In 2005 they played on the Warped Tour along with other bands, getting finally being signed by Fearless Records in 2006. Three months later, they released their first EP, "Tales Told By Dead Friends".

Some days ago I recommended you to visit Tokio Hotel Fans forum, from Sweden. Today I am going to show you another of my favourite forums.

Si hace unos días recomendaba el Foro de Tokio Hotel Fans, de Suecia, hoy voy a recomendar otro de mis favoritos, el foro de Tokio Hotel Lithuania.

Con un diseño sencillo pero elegante, presenta un formato equilibrado donde lo importante es el contenido. Una gran cantidad de temas eficientemente divididos en múltiples secciones, cubren toda la información relativa al grupo.

Destaca además una amplia zona de material videográfico y un apartado de archivo de temas anteriores y galerías de foto y video, además de una sección para que los fans muestren sus trabajos y un apartado para hablar de todo aquello que no tenga que ver con Tokio Hotel.
